What is CNC Milling
CNC milling is a machining process that uses computer-controlled rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece. The milling machine moves the cutters along multiple axes (typically X, Y, and Z) to create complex shapes, slots, holes, and other features in the workpiece. CNC milling is widely used in manufacturing for its precision, versatility, and ability to produce parts with tight tolerances from various materials.
CNC Machining Capabilities
We can process differnet sizes of parts, the max diameter part we can lathe is 500mm,and max size of part we can machine is 1500mmx 1200mm x 900mm. The best tolerance we can meet is 0.01mm.
Tolerance | Linear dimension: +/-0.025 mm; Hole diameters (not reamed): +/- 0.025 mm; Shaft diameters: +/- 0.025 mm
Threads and holes | Adapt to any standard thread size and customized threads
Burrs and chamfers | Deburring by default, chamfering according to your requirements
Surface Finish | The standard finish is 32 Ra or better,anodize/Plating/Brushed/Polishing/Grinding,etc according to your requirements |
