What is CNC Tunring
CNC turning, also known as CNC lathing, is a machining process used to create cylindrical parts by rotating a workpiece while a single-point cutting tool traverses parallel to the axis of rotation. The cutting tool removes material from the workpiece to achieve desired shapes, such as contours, grooves, threads, and more. CNC turning machines are capable of producing both simple and complex cylindrical parts with high precision and repeatability. This process is commonly used in manufacturing for components like shafts, pins, rods, and fittings.
CNC Machining Capabilities
We can process differnet sizes of parts,the max diameter part we can lathe is 500mm,and max size of part we can machine is 1500mmx 1200mm x 900mm. The best tolerance we can meet is 0.01mm.
