Incoming Inspection of Materials
All raw materials are obtained from carefully selected suppliers known for their high quality. All materials and compounds will be go through extensive quality inspection before being stored or processed.
In-process Inspection
We would make sure the dimensions of every machining stage during the whole production period.Only the quality of previous machining stage is checked and approved then we can go to next stage.The operate engineer would check and the quality engineer would approve.
First Article Inspection
Every one of our manufacturing orders will go through the first article inspection when the machine is set up. FAI will be performed and recorded by IPQC and a senior engineer. The operator and IPQC inspection focuses on critical dimension checks at every stage of production.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A pre-shipment inspection can ensure that your parts are manufactured following the requirements before shipping.All the orders before shipment,we would do apperance check,dimension check and output the inspection reports.
